Customized Window Seals and Gaskets

Customized Window Seals and Gaskets are designed to provide an effective sealing barrier between window frames, sashes, glass panels, and other structural components. They help close gaps between mating surfaces when the window is installed or operated, reducing the risk of water penetration, air leakage, dust ingress, and external noise.

The sealing profiles can be manufactured from EPDM rubber, silicone, TPE, or other elastomeric materials according to the intended application. EPDM is an excellent choice for exterior window applications due to its outstanding resistance to ozone, UV radiation, weathering, moisture, and temperature changes. Silicone can be selected for applications requiring excellent temperature resistance and long-term flexibility.

The customized gasket design can include solid sections, hollow bulb sections, lips, channels, mounting bases, or other functional features. These structures can improve compression performance and allow the seal to adapt to different window profiles and installation conditions.
