Customized Rubber Seals for Doors

Customized Rubber Seals for Doors are engineered to create an effective sealing barrier between the door and its frame or surrounding structure. When the door is closed, the flexible rubber profile is compressed to fill gaps and help prevent the penetration of water, dust, air, and unwanted noise.

The seals can be manufactured from EPDM rubber, silicone, TPE, or other elastomeric materials according to the application. EPDM is commonly selected for outdoor door applications because of its excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, weathering, moisture, and temperature fluctuations. Silicone can be used for applications requiring a wider temperature range and excellent long-term flexibility.

The specially designed profile provides good compression recovery, allowing the seal to withstand repeated door opening and closing cycles while maintaining reliable sealing performance. The flexible rubber construction also helps compensate for minor dimensional variations between the door and frame.
