Self-Adhesive Rubber Seals

Self-Adhesive Rubber Seals are designed to provide an efficient sealing solution for applications where quick installation and reliable gap sealing are required. The integrated adhesive backing eliminates the need for screws, clips, or other mechanical fasteners in many applications, helping simplify installation and reduce assembly time.

The sealing profile can be manufactured from EPDM, silicone, neoprene, TPE, or other suitable elastomers. EPDM is widely used for applications requiring excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, weathering, and moisture. Silicone can be selected for high-temperature applications, while neoprene and other materials can be used when specific oil, mechanical, or environmental resistance is required.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive backing provides convenient bonding to clean, smooth surfaces such as metal, glass, plastic, painted surfaces, and other compatible substrates. Different adhesive formulations can be selected according to the required bonding strength, temperature range, humidity, and application environment.

The rubber profile itself provides excellent flexibility and compression recovery. When compressed between two surfaces, it helps close gaps and reduce the penetration of dust, air, water, light, and noise. The flexible structure also helps absorb minor vibration and compensate for small surface irregularities.

Self-Adhesive Rubber Seals are widely used in doors and windows, electrical cabinets, control panels, machinery enclosures, automotive components, appliances, furniture, glass assemblies, construction equipment, and industrial equipment.

They can be applied around cabinet doors, inspection panels, window frames, machine covers, equipment housings, vehicle compartments, and other areas where a flexible sealing barrier is required.

The adhesive-backed design is particularly useful for applications where drilling or mechanical fastening is inconvenient. It provides a clean appearance while simplifying installation and maintenance.
