OEM & Custom AC Hose Solutions are developed to meet the specific requirements of automotive air conditioning, refrigeration, and mobile cooling systems. The hose provides a reliable passage for refrigerants and compatible refrigeration oils between major A/C components while maintaining stable performance under changing pressure, temperature, and vibration conditions.

The hose is manufactured using specially formulated synthetic rubber with excellent resistance to refrigerants, refrigeration oils, heat, ozone, and environmental aging. The inner tube is designed to provide reliable refrigerant transfer and can be optimized for reduced refrigerant permeation according to the requirements of the application.

A high-strength reinforcement layer is incorporated between the inner tube and outer cover. Textile, fiber, or braided reinforcement can be selected to provide the required pressure resistance, dimensional stability, and mechanical strength. This construction enables the hose to withstand vibration, bending, and pressure fluctuations during continuous vehicle operation.

The outer cover provides additional protection against heat, abrasion, ozone, moisture, and mechanical wear. This makes the hose suitable for installation in demanding engine compartments and other areas where the hose may be exposed to elevated temperatures and environmental stress.
